"In Sonoma County, Paradise Ridge Winery suffered catastrophic damage in the Tubbs Fire—losing its hospitality center, winemaking building, three homes, and other structures—but its popular sculpture garden, including the life-size “LOVE” sculpture, survived. Through October the garden is open weekends from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., or visitors can make an appointment for a vineyard tour and tasting. Paradise Ridge has completed rebuild renderings and is awaiting permit approval, expecting to break ground soon and eyeing an October 2019 grand opening; the new facility is intended to retain a familiar, warm feeling while feeling fresh and new. Meanwhile they’ve begun bringing back signature wine club events and even hosted the kick-off party for the Sonoma County Wine Auction, a return-to-life that staff describe as “coming up for air.”" - Eater
