"An art-forward bar conceived around a dramatic Damien Hirst installation: a 13-foot tiger shark preserved in formaldehyde and displayed in three segments of steel-and-glass tanks, an artwork titled The Unknown (Explored, Explained, Exploded) from 1999 that also lends the venue its name.
