It’ll be open 365 days a year, located on a 10,000-square-foot observation deck over one of the airport’s busiest runways — an anxious flyer’s nightmare. Drinks like the “Mile High Spritz,” made with vodka, St.-Germain elderflower liqueur, lime, and Prosecco will be on tap, as will food, though menus haven’t been finalized yet.
