"One of Portland’s most beloved breakfast sandwiches is back, and in a new home. Portlanders fell in love with chef Justin Dauz’s Filipino American breakfast fare when Balong began as a pop-up back in 2022, and now it’s got its own stylish brick-and-mortar digs at the Fubonn Shopping Center on Southeast 82nd.
