"At the Lee + White complex in West End, I found a fermented-products market and taproom that has added a grapefruit-and-rosemary kombucha infused with cannabidiol (CBD) to its tap lineup. Owned by Melanie Wade, the shop pours kombucha on tap made by her Golda Kombucha company and, because of CBD’s uncertain legal and FDA status, is currently the only place she can sell the CBD-infused version; it’s also one of the first Georgia beverage companies to take advantage of the recent federal hemp legalization. The taproom serves kombucha cocktails, flights, and floats using Honeysuckle Gelato, sells Pure Abundance Cashew Cheese and other fermented products, offers DIY kombucha and fermentation classes, and carries Golda flavors made from locally grown herbs and fruits. Open Tuesday–Friday 9 a.m.–7 p.m. and Saturday–Sunday 11 a.m.–7 p.m." - Beth McKibben
