Bottled Blonde Opens a $50 Million Pizzeria and Nightclub on the Las Vegas Strip | Eater Vegas

"Set to open in late 2024 at the Grand Bazaar Shops next to the Horseshoe Las Vegas casino, this four-story, 25,000-square-foot Bottled Blonde — an Arizona-based pizzeria and nightclub from Evening Entertainment Group with locations in Arizona, Texas, and Florida — is expected to cost about $50 million and will include a rooftop lounge with birds-eye views of the Fountains of Bellagio. By day it will operate as a casual neighborhood concept serving truffle fries, chicken wings, salads and sandwiches, and, most notably, pizzas such as the forage (fontina, roasted mushrooms, arugula, truffle oil), the carnivore (pepperoni, sausage, bolognese), and a buffalo chicken pie topped with popcorn chicken, cream cheese, scallions, and buffalo sauce. After dark it turns into a high-energy nightclub with an “upbeat happy hour,” VIP tables, bottle service, cocktails (including a Capri-Sun–inspired drink), frozen margaritas, draft beer, and an $82 Effen Vodka Mega Mule.
