"Ume, a new sushi restaurant in the Heights, will be opened by chefs trained at MF Sushi. The venue will occupy a 3,000 square foot space designed by Chris Kinjo, featuring a reservation-only dining room for 60 guests, a 30-seat bar and dining area for walk-ins, and an eight-seat sushi bar. The cuisine will be MF-style without omakase. Due to the pandemic, the opening is delayed but expected this summer." - Mai Pham
