"I learned Fitzgerald’s on Selby Avenue and Western in St. Paul’s Cathedral Hill neighborhood will close on Friday, May 3 for a light remodel and re-open near the end of summer as Fitz’s; the restaurant originally opened as the Salt Cellar, a steakhouse owned by the same people behind Eagle Street Grill, was later sold to the Madison Group now led by Justin Sutherland, and was turned into Fitzgerald’s as an upscale pub — but the neighborhood has been wanting more pub and less upscale.
