"Opened June 6 inside the Thompson Hotel in Palm Springs by restaurateurs Marissa and Matt Hermer, this 180-seat, HBO-Max White Lotus–inspired restaurant represents the owners’ first expansion outside Los Angeles and joins Lola Rose Grand Mezze and Hall Napa Valley Tasting Room on the Thompson property.
