"At the Ford Factory Lofts on Ponce de Leon Avenue, I found Rina to be Baum’s fast-casual take on Israeli street food that captures the beachy vibes of Tel Aviv. The laid-back menu includes multiple variations of hummus, meze such as roasted cauliflower and tabbouleh, meat and falafel platters, and pita wraps filled with falafel, chicken shawarma, Jaffa fried rice with Gulf grouper, and sabich (eggplant, hard-boiled egg, harissa, slaw, salad, and amba). I also saw playful offerings like tahini shakes and Turkish coffee (with the option to add bourbon or rum), plus a takeout window for grabbing food to stroll the Eastside Beltline trail or picnic in nearby parks." - Sarra Sedghi
