"Chef John Tesar will open Outer Reef, his long-discussed seafood restaurant. The place is meant to act as an homage to Tesar’s former Spoon Bar & Kitchen, featuring a variety of seafood dishes including razor clam tartare, geoduck sashimi, and dry-aged tuna. The restaurant will also offer shareable spot prawn ramen, roasted half lobster, kimchi-glazed halibut, and black cod milanese. Chef Jayro Martinez will be the chef de cuisine.
