"Housed inside the Eat Street building, Everywhen Burger Bar is a new smash-burger concept created by the Centro team (owner Jami Olson, chef Jose Alarcon, pastry director Ngia Xiong, and beverage director Tye Sullivan) that aims to deliver high-quality fast-food burgers with speed and consistency; the team bought high-tech burger-making equipment — the same type of machine McDonald’s uses to smash its patties — and serves the burgers on Xiong’s pillowy housemade brioche buns. The Everywhen menu also features chicken sandwiches, hand-cut fries, tater tots, and salads, and a standout dessert selection including fluffy banana cream and pineapple cream pies and malted ice cream cookie sandwiches.
