"Ajay Walia and Reena Miglani are set to open Amara, their first non-Indian restaurant, in Belmont, expected in November. The restaurant will serve Mediterranean cuisine, notably from Spain, Greece, and North Africa. Executive chef Brett Tulis will lead the menu, which will include grilled seafood, house-made pita, and a variety of spreads. Amara will feature an indoor dining room surrounded by windows and outdoor seating in a garden setting overlooking a manmade stream.
