Donald Link’s ‘Tchouptoberfest’ Returns This Weekend — And This Time It’s Free (UPDATED) | Eater New Orleans

"I'm attending the second-year Tchouptoberfest at NOLA Brewing Company on October 13 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.; the German-themed block party has moved from outside Cochon to outside NOLA Brewing and admission is free.
