While most rooftop bars are attached to a hotel or restaurant, Lost breaks from the norm, finding its home on top of an office building. The drinks menu, which heavily features mezcal, rum, and tequila, comes from Spring Street Bar veteran barman Steen Bojsen Moller. Chef Geter Atienza, former sous chef at New York’s Bouchon, runs the kitchen, serving small plates out of an Airstream trailer, including guajillo-marinated chicken, carne asada, deep-fried shrimp, and flautas.
