"I report that Il Bacco — a restaurant on the border of Little Neck, Queens and Nassau County — filed a class-action lawsuit in Manhattan alleging that Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s executive orders violated its constitutional rights and seeking part of a combined claims pool of over $2 billion; the suit argues Il Bacco cannot serve diners indoors while restaurants just 500 feet away in Long Island can, and it says the restaurant will be defended by attorney James Mermigis (who previously sued on behalf of gym owners), with hundreds of other restaurateurs signing on and the NYC Hospitality Alliance threatening a separate suit." - Luke Fortney
