"This holiday, the Strip’s only fine-dining vegan restaurant will offer a meat-free twist to Thanksgiving dinner with a special Thanksgiving buffet. The buffet is priced at $90 per person and is available from noon to 6 p.m. A carving station featuring whole roasted lions mane mushrooms will be offered alongside classic favorites such as Brussels sprouts, green bean casserole, whipped potatoes, pumpkin pie, and more.
