"Opened three weeks ago by first-time owners who are cousins and go by JC and Seanie, this tiny 275-square-foot take-out spot was converted from a former locksmith over roughly 32 months and about two-and-a-half years of navigating contractors and city permits. Inspired by the simplicity of In-N-Out, the concept focuses on a single, simple taco offered soft or hard-shelled with choices of ground beef, ground turkey, shredded chicken, or vegetables; the owners emphasize home-style cooking and even handed out free tacos during their first week to introduce themselves to the neighborhood.
