"The popular steam-table takeout dim sum spot in Chinatown is open for takeout from 9 a.m. to around 3 or 4 p.m. During the shelter in place, it is serving frozen dim sum items exclusively — basically, almost anything that they had on the menu before is now available in frozen form.
