Need I tell you the building is shaped like a windmill, with an upstairs deck that furnishes panoramic views of the ocean? The hot dogs here are nearly as big as Max’s and cooked the same. The place is famous for its heated sauerkraut and its chili, which is more like the Greek meat sauce it descended from than Texas chili.
