"Serving Central and South American classics since Friday, July 18, this restaurant focuses on dishes ranging from Peruvian chicken and continent-spanning ceviches to playful takes on familiar plates—example: patatas bravas made with crispy bites of yuca. Executive chef Giovanni Orellana, inspired by his El Salvadoran roots and decades-long career in Peruvian, Italian, and Mexican kitchens, helms the menu.
