Whole Sol Unveils Its Superfood Bowls by Union Station - Eater Denver
"Whole Sol Blend Bar, located in the Union Station neighborhood, offers a superfood-focused menu that is all organic, gluten-free, and dairy-free. The cafe features signature smoothie bowls, toasts, and cold-pressed juices. The 25-seat space is decorated with colorful photographs and hanging greenery, and the majority of the menu is prepared in front of customers at the bar.
