"A brand-new coffee and tea shop in Houston opened at 6001 Washington Avenue, positioning its tea program on equal footing with coffee by offering a global selection of tea leaves from farmers — including black and green teas as well as flavored herbal options. Coffee sourcing is equally meticulous: the shop partners only with local roasters who practice direct trade with growers, and the menu features drip and brewed coffee alongside espresso-based drinks. When hunger strikes, customers can choose from breakfast pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
