The menu includes specialties like 'Keep Calm and Vegan On' and 'Machu Picchu', with options for diners to create their own combinations of greens, vegetables, fruit, seeds, nuts, and cheeses, plus staples including spicy broccoli, prime southwest flat iron steak, and Herb Dusted Mary's free range chicken breast.
