"In September, perpetually busy Oakland Chinatown banh mi spot Cam Huong permanently closed when its owner decided to retire. Now, a new owner is taking over the space with plans to retain most of the menu but upgrade the interior. “I plan to keep the spirit of Cam Huong,” Anh Nguyen told the East Bay Express.
