Catskills Restaurants Host ‘Severance’ Finale Party in Upstate New York | Eater NY

"A new late-night New American restaurant with French tinges opening in mid‑April at 117 Columbia Street at Kane Street in Cobble Hill. The menu will include dishes like five-cheese fondue, New Orleans barbecued grilled whole prawns, and a roasted whole chicken stuffed with foie gras and truffles; there will be a natural wine list and cocktails (including on tap). The restaurant plans to stay open until 4 a.m. Thursday through Saturday and to feature DJs.
