"Set to open this winter in the historic 200 Peachtree building, Skol Brewing Company will be a Viking-inspired brewpub offering eight beers and a Nordic-themed menu from chef Rich Rosendale (who also owns R3 Rosendale Concepts at 200 Peachtree). The name Skol is a Scandinavian word meaning 'cheers' or 'good health.'
