"Chef Elliot Roddy has opened Elliot’s Table, a casual new eatery in The Heights at 465 TC Jester Boulevard; I found it serving comforting dishes such as Thai chili pork ribs, shrimp and grits, and 44 Farms steaks inspired by “family meal,” or meals shared by restaurant staff before or after service, and desserts including chocolate cake and ice cream sourced from Houston’s Jody Cakes.
