Hazel Coffee & Cocktails Almost Ready at Mandalay Bay | Eater Vegas

"Located a few steps from the casino floor at Mandalay Bay and officially debuting in “early February,” Hazel Coffee & Cocktails has transformed the former Orchid Lounge near the hotel lobby into a space that serves coffee and light fare during the day and offers live music and a cocktail environment in the evening. The opulent look by designers Bishop Pass includes gold lounge sofas, green velvet chairs and cobalt-blue Chesterfield banquettes, and a large marble-top bar where cocktails are being created by MGM Resorts International executive director of beverage Craig Schoettler. The menu features Lamill Coffee beverages including the “Hazel Cortado,” “Flat Whites” and a “Caffee Misto,” breakfast sandwiches such as the “applewood-smoked bacon, egg, sharp cheddar on brioche,” morning pastries like a vanilla bombolini, a maple pecan sticky bun, and a banana walnut mascapone cake, and later bites including pesto turkey or grilled chicken sandwiches and an arugula salad." - Bradley Martin
