"Another of Salem’s truck-to-restaurant success stories, the Easy Otter has quickly become a favorite downtown spot for hand-breaded chicken tenders and fried chicken sandwiches. Owner Lindsay Anderson’s love for otters features in the whimsical framed portraits of otters on the walls. The Southern-inspired menu is primarily variations of fried chicken sandwiches, one smothered in Nashville hot sauce, another on the lighter side topped with slaw.
