The brand is staging a Chicago summer popup as a standalone kiosk near the base of a major ferris wheel from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, offering an abbreviated menu of its best-sellers: scoops of various cookie-dough flavors, cookie-dough ice cream, cookie sandwiches and Ice Cream SanDŌs.
