"The “jawn” at this pop-up residency within a Southeast Belmont bar may be one of the most inventive sandwiches you’ll find after midnight on a Friday. A cross-section of Philadelphia and Puerto Rico, the sandwich starts with a house-made sesame seed hoagie roll, followed by a bed of 20-hour roasted pernil. Then comes the broccoli rabe — a play on Philly’s lesser-known classic, the roast pork and broccoli rabe sandwich — as well as some melty provolone, sofrito mayo, and cilantro. It’s hearty and delicious, especially when paired with a pile of tostones and salsa criolla. It’s available until 1:30 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays." - Thom Hilton
