"From the original founders of Velvet Taco, this Texas-themed restaurant is headed to Dallas proper and will open at 1920 McKinney Avenue in June in the former Water Grill space; the menu will feature items like fried green tomatoes and elk tacos, and the decor will be inspired by the Texas Hill Country. The original Haywire is located at Plano’s Legacy West and is managed by FB Society, which has brought other suburban concepts to Dallas." - Brittanie Shey
