"On both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., this classic steakhouse at the Ritz-Carlton will present an a la carte menu packed with flavors of the season. A choice of three starters includes lobster bisque with peas, tarragon, and crème fraîche or bread dumplings with goat cheese, candied pecans, cranberries, pears, and maple-balsamic vinaigrette; among the main courses are pan-seared duck breast with potato dumplings, creamy chestnuts, red cabbage and gravy or roasted sea bass with apple-potato cream and honey-glazed carrots and parsnips; and for dessert, there’s eggnog cheesecake with caramel sauce and Black Forest chocolate cake with Morello cherry compote.
