"At swanky South End spot Cósmica, chef Colton Coburn-Wood is hosting a one-night-only pop-up on Tuesday, May 2, from 5 to 11 p.m., featuring chef David Vargas of Portsmouth’s Vida Cantina. Vargas, a James Beard semifinalist for outstanding chef this year, will be cooking baked haddock tacos, chicken drums with tamarind mole and a poblano relish, and a spring-y take on Mexican corn salad esquites, which diners can order alongside Coburn-Wood’s spring menu for Cósmica." - Erika Adams
