"Veggie Grill, a California-based vegan restaurant chain, is coming to Harvard Square. The location will open sometime this fall. With more than 30 locations across California, Oregon, Washington, and Illinois, Veggie Grill offers a vegan and largely gluten-free menu. Customers can expect a Beyond Burger, crispy cauliflower, falafel, tofu dishes, and tempura green beans. The restaurant will occupy a 2,500-square-foot space with seating for 40 customers.
