"Opening this November to mark the brand’s 30th anniversary, this riverside restaurant and charcuterie bar will be the group’s sixth London site and is centred on Spanish home-cooking drawn from recipes collected by founder Monika Linton and the chefs over three decades. New plates include chorizo braised in red wine on chickpeas with lemon hummus; sobrasada and goats' curd–stuffed figs with chestnut honey; smoked Ortiz tuna with candied beetroot and burnt citrus; and lardo with pig skin and apple crumb, alongside classics such as smoked anchovies with borage mojos, gambas al ajillo, Monte Enebro goats' cheese with tomato pickle and black rice with crispy squid. The site features the brand’s first in-house cheese and charcuterie bar to showcase long-term producers, a central bar with counter-height stools serving daily-changing bar snacks (expect manchego biscuits and freshly carved Iberico ham), Spanish craft beer on tap and a curated selection of lesser-known Spanish wines including Vinos Colltor from Linton’s brother. Seating will accommodate 122 inside plus 20 on a terrace, and a new 'Home Kitchen' will host intimate supper clubs, monthly tastings and chef cook-offs to trial experimental dishes." - Adam Coghlan
