New Portland Food Cart Bajala Opens Serving Baja California-Style Tacos - Eater Portland
"Bajala is a new fish taco cart opened by Lizbeth Sanchez and Juan Flores in the Nob Hill Food Carts pod. They serve various seafood dishes like battered shrimp tacos and marinated octopus, using house-made salsas. The fish tacos use an oregano-heavy flour batter and come with a choice of green or red salsa. The cart sources sturgeon from Washington state and other seafood from Mexico.
