"Chef Mourad Lahlou’s eponymous restaurant in downtown San Francisco is perhaps more popular in fine dining circles, but Aziza is the more casual Richmond classic that locals flock to. It’s been fully renovated as of 2019, but it still serves solid Moroccan food in a quiet(er) part of town. Basteeya is still a classic, although these days it’s made with chicken, rather than duck.
