"Nonna Beppa is a new Italian restaurant located at 290 Hudson St., between Spring and Dominick streets, in New York City. It is the latest venture by Giancarlo “Wendy” Cacciatori, who also owns Via Emilia 9 in Miami. The restaurant focuses on handmade tortellini crafted from Cacciatori's family recipes, featuring fillings like prosciutto aged for 18 months, mortadella, pork loin, and parmigiano-reggiano aged for 24 months, served in a light broth. Other pasta dishes include tagliatelle in bolognese and tagliatelle with prosciutto, all cooked in a chicken and beef tongue broth unless otherwise requested. Nonna Beppa also offers a retail section where customers can purchase pastas and other items from the menu. It opens on Monday, July 23, and operates from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily." - Kayla Kumari Upadhyaya
