The closure is permanent. Tilted Kilt is a Vegas-based sports bar chain, often likened to Hooters with a Scottish flare: skimpiness served alongside shepherd’s pie and hamburgers. The restaurant served a Boston-themed special, the 'Wicked Boston Burger,' alongside varied pub fare, including flatbreads, wings, pastas, and more.
