"Scheduled to open in September 2018 as part of a new hotel, bar and restaurant on Redchurch Street, this will be the brand's first east London outpost and a deliberately less formal riff on the recent Soho pizza-bar. Borrowing the Dean Street Townhouse model, it forms part of the group's steady domestic roll‑out of casual Italian offerings and draws on the original Mayfair restaurant founded in 1978. The menu will focus on pasta, seafood and Venetian cicchetti, with standout plates including lobster spaghetti and veal Milanese, alongside wood‑fired pizzas.
