"Dining within Tysons Corner Center and Tysons Galleria can be a bit of a drag, dominated by chain restaurants and now with considerably fewer options now that the food hall and many of the more ambitious restaurants within Tysons Galleria have closed (though a few new vendors have opened there recently, such as pasta vendor Scolapasta). Your best bet for now probably is to check out the mini food court near the entrance to the right of Nordstrom’s. Among the choices: a rare D.C.-area option for Hawaiian-leaning fare, Capital Musubi (which also has a Chantilly location); Gagawa, which specializes in marinated chicken; and Chef Lin, which offers some traditional Chinese dishes like shredded potato with hot pepper and fish in hot chili oil (including a board of specials written in Chinese), versus the more Americanized standards common to mall food." - Missy Frederick
