"W Washington D.C.’s renovated lobby-level restaurant across from the White House is putting its custom wood-burning grill to work for Thanksgiving, making “baked brie” alongside green apple and endive, slow-roasted turkey stuffed with truffles and country bread, and an embered sweet potato pie.
