"During the festival I will visit Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, which hosts the Friday and Saturday main events (Friday, September 20, 6:00–10:00 p.m.; Saturday, September 21, 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) and will feature immersive cooking demonstrations and a roster of chefs and artisans serving signature dishes and drinks.
