"Named after a hit album by outlaw music superstar Waylon Jennings, I found the lounge fashioned out of a 600-square-foot vault inside a former bank building with its own dedicated entrance on Vista Way; its honky-tonk vibes and classic country soundtrack are provided by a vintage Wurlitzer jukebox. There are shooters and beers alongside a list of country-themed cocktails from bar director Wyatt DeMars, including the Big Buckle Energy (Madre mezcal, cucumber, cinnamon, Aztec chocolate bitters) and the Bolo Tie (Abasolo corn whiskey, rye, poblano, lemon, oat). Starting April 1, I note it will be open Fridays and Saturdays 5 p.m.–midnight, Sundays 5 p.m.–10 p.m., and Mondays 5 p.m.–midnight." - Candice Woo
