"A 12,000-square-foot food hall called Junction Food & Drink is slated to open near the intersection of Interstate 25 and Colorado Boulevard next spring; it's a project of ASB Real Estate Investments and the Lincoln Property Company rather than a chef-driven concept. The hall will house 10 stalls plus a coffee shop and a central bar and aims to feature a mix of restaurants from "renowned national and local chefs," though only two stalls have been confirmed so far. I note its prime location just off a major interstate and its placement amid neighborhoods that have missed the food-hall trend and a large nearby office-worker population as key advantages, even as there is skepticism about whether Denver's increasingly crowded food-hall market can support another entrant." - Paul Albani-Burgio
