"Founded by Eastside chef Jocelyn Ramirez in 2015, this vegan catering company blends South American and Mexican roots into healthy, plant-based takes on familiar dishes. After launching at LA farmers markets and building a popular stand at Smorgasburg serving fresh juices and smoothies, the operation now aims to open a brick-and-mortar Eastside cafe.
