"EggHaus Gourmet, a new breakfast destination from the father-and-son duo behind King’s Biergarten and King’s BierHaus, is located at 2042 East TC Jester next to King’s BierHaus. The venue features sunny interiors with graphic floral wallpaper and pops of bright yellow, designed by Kim Lewis. It offers kolaches, including unique takes on a reuben and drunken chicken, as well as sweet kolaches with peaches, apricots, cream cheese, and a pb&j version, plus egg sandwiches and breakfast tacos made with cage-free eggs, GMO-free tortillas, and preservative-free sausages and buns.
