Brooklyn Pizza Restaurant Diamond Slice Will Open in Greenpoint | Eater NY

"A Brooklyn pizza pop-up-turned-restaurant aiming to open in February at 70 Diamond Street, near Nassau Avenue in Greenpoint (just a block away from Chrissy’s Pizza). Owner and chef Peter Chrostowski — a Greenpoint native who has been running a Clinton Hill cafe since 2019 — took his pizza inspiration from the pizzerias he frequented as a kid in Brooklyn. The offering will include pies and slices such as Caesar salad, burrata and pepperoni, spinach and ricotta, and Buffalo chicken; there will also be focaccia sandwiches and salads, with beer and wine to be added later. The compact 18-seat space will feature hardwood and red vinyl banquets with plans to add more seating.
